Spreading Kindness

Locally and Internationally

I believe that kindness is a powerful force for change, and I strive to live by the principle that every small act of generosity can make a big difference. From supporting survivors of violence locally to participating in global missions, my goal is to contribute to building a more compassionate world.

Supporting Families Close to Home

Becoming a parent can be overwhelming, and I know how essential a strong support system is during this time.

That’s why I’m dedicated to giving back to families right here in our community.

Food Donation Volunteers

Helping Local Families

I volunteer at food banks to ensure families have access to essentials and donate to organizations like Yellow Brick House, which supports women and children escaping violence.

The Shoebox Project

Every year, I create care packages filled with meaningful items for women in shelters, sharing small comforts that remind them they’re not alone.

Refugee Support

I’ve had the honor of helping refugee moms in hospitals by offering free lactation support and collecting breast pump donations. I believe every mom deserves support, no matter her circumstances.

Building Bridges Across Borders

My travels and mission work have shaped my understanding of family care and the power of community.

In the Dominican Republic, I partnered with The Samaritan Foundation to support local families in meaningful, community-driven ways. Working alongside residents, we helped build homes, distributed much-needed medical and school supplies, and raised funds to provide six months of groceries for families facing extreme hardship. These efforts were guided by local needs and priorities, reinforcing the importance of listening, learning, and collaborating with communities. This experience shaped my belief in the power of collective care and continues to inspire my commitment to creating a world where every family has the support they deserve.

In 2025, I'll be volunteering in local clinics and childcare centeres in Tanzania. Stay tuned for more info!

Pro Bono Care for Families in Need

I understand that financial barriers shouldn’t stand in the way of a parent’s ability to provide the best for their child.

Every year, I take on pro bono cases to ensure families receive the lactation support they need, regardless of their circumstances.

Nurturing the Next Generation

Mentorship is another way I give back to my community. By guiding aspiring lactation consultants, I’m able to share my knowledge and experiences to help them make a difference for families. Watching these passionate individuals grow and thrive is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

To me, mentoring is not just about teaching—it’s about fostering a shared purpose: creating a world where families feel supported, informed, and empowered.

Together, We Can Make a Difference

Every family has a unique story, and I’m honored to support parents through some of their most vulnerable moments. When you work with me, you’re not just receiving lactation support—you’re becoming part of a community that values kindness, compassion, and the power of giving back.

Thank you for being part of this journey. Whether you’re here for guidance or simply want to learn more about how we can uplift families together.

"I believe that giving back is something we can all do in our unique way. Whether through donations, volunteering, or acts of kindness, we can create ripples of change. If you’d like to support any of the causes I work with, I’d be happy to connect you with the right resources."
